Distributor Qualifications
We are seeking driven, results-oriented professionals who are ready to grow with BactiDefense. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
Sales & Marketing Experience – Proven ability to promote and sell products effectively. Experience in B2B sales is a strong advantage.
Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with the cleaning, sanitation, or infection-control industries, including market trends and competitive landscape.
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to clearly articulate product benefits, educate clients, and build long-term professional relationships.
Organizational & Time Management Skills – Capacity to manage accounts, prioritize opportunities, and meet performance goals independently.
Entrepreneurial Drive – Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable operating independently to build and expand a territory.
Relevant Certifications (Preferred) – Background or certifications in sales, marketing, healthcare, safety, or related fields are a plus.
Professional Flexibility – Willingness to attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.
